Associate ZACHARIAH ROWLAND joined the firm in August of 2011. He currently works on matters related to allegations of construction defect against developers, builders, and general contractors as well as professional negligence against design professionals. Prior to joining the firm, Zachariah was an associate at Byron & Edwards APC. Zachariah currently teaches at the New School of Architecture & Design as an adjunct professor.
