Associate JACKSON ISAACS came to Balestreri Pendleton & Potocki with a diverse educational background and a variety of practical legal experience in tax, bankruptcy and contract law. He currently specializes in the representation of developers, general contractors, and property owners in business litigation and complex civil litigation matters including:

• Contractual disputes in insurance coverage, indemnification and agency law;
• Analysis of defect claims in the SB800 prelitigation process;
• Risk analysis of corporate structure and asset protection strategies.

During law school, Mr. Isaacs served as a member of the San Diego International Law Journal. Mr. Isaacs earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego.
