Associate ZACHARIAH ROWLAND joined the firm in August of 2011.  He currently works on matters related to allegations of construction defect against developers, builders, and general contractors as well as professional negligence against design professionals.  Prior to joining the firm, Zachariah was an associate at Byron & Edwards APC.  Zachariah currently teaches at the New School of Architecture & Design as an adjunct professor.

Zachariah represents developers, general contractors, and property owners in business litigation and complex civil litigation matters including:

• Contractual disputes in insurance coverage and indemnification
• Analysis of complex defect claims

During law school, Zach participated in the California Western Law Review and the California Western International Law Journal.
